We envision a future where no employee loses a job because of a solvable life challenge.

Workforce instability is often driven by transportation breakdowns, childcare gaps, housing emergencies, legal issues, and financial shocks, predictable stressors that escalate when left unaddressed. These barriers disproportionately affect frontline workers and cost employers millions in avoidable turnover.

Too often, support begins after the crisis: after the missed shifts, after the warning, after the resignation.

We are building a workforce ecosystem rooted in prevention where practical supports are easy to access, stigma-free, and embedded into the employee experience, not siloed in crisis systems or buried inside benefits portals.

By resolving life challenges early, we reduce disruption before it becomes job loss strengthening retention, financial stability, and long-term health for employees and employers alike.

HelloRuta is a social enterprise designed to move support upstream, helping workers navigate predictable life disruptions before they escalate into job loss, financial crisis, or downstream health consequences.

Built on more than 150 years of social services insight and community partnership, HelloRuta combines a legacy of impact with entrepreneurial innovation to create a practical, scalable model for workforce stability.

The organization is led by co-founders who have spent their careers building mission-driven companies and solutions that support frontline employers and working families. Together, they bring lived experience, operational expertise, and a shared commitment to strengthening stability, opportunity, and wellbeing in the workforce.
